As soon as the tyres have left our warehouses and are on their way to you, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery date because the courier company plans their delivery route, date and times independently. If required, please check if it’s possible for a neighbour to accept the goods on your behalf. If there is nobody to accept the goods when the courier company arrives, they will leave a note with a telephone number asking you to call and arrange a new delivery date.
Yes, we certainly do deliver to other countries. You can find a list of countries we ship to at the bottom of the www.mytyres.co.uk page and you will be linked to the respective webpage. If you are looking to purchase in bulk (10 tyres or more) we can arrange a special discounted delivery price with our shipping company. For more information on this, please send an e-mail to mytyres@delti.com.
Yes, we do. If we at Delticom AG do not operate a tyre webshop in your country, we still can quote prices that include the product price and all delivery costs to an address in your country. We deliver to many countries worldwide on request.
There are many delivery options, which include air freight standard, air freight express or even delivery by ocean freight to a port in your country.
All international orders are processed via our special webshop www.Tyrenow.com. If you are a tyre dealer or a business, feel free to register there and place orders.
If you are a privat person, please email your enquiry to international.delivery@delti.com with the following information:
- Your name, email and telephone. Business customers should also provide their company name and tax number.
- Invoice and delivery address.
- Description and number of tyres in question.
Product: International delivery, especially with air freight, may be expensive. Our experience shows that most popular products are established brands of tyres for premium cars, motorcycles and industrial machinery.
Price: Our price quote for most countries will exclude local taxes and customs duties. It will be a DAP (delivered at place) price. You will be responsible for local taxes and duties and have to pay them on the arrival of goods. The forwarder will contact you on this once the goods arrive.
Payment: Payment methods are Paypal, credit card or wire transfer to Germany. Orders are processed only after receipt of payment.
Delivery: We dispatch tyres from a warehouse in Germany, not from Britain. Shipments are first forwarded to our intermediary air freight warehouse in Germany, which normally takes only few days to arrive. Then we dispatch them with a carrier of choice to your country and provide you with tracking information.

As soon as the goods you have ordered have left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from us informing you of the estimated date of delivery. We unfortunately cannot give you an exact time frame for delivery, as the courier companies organise their delivery routes and times independently.
We use the courier companies DPD and GLS for deliveries. If you are not at home, the driver will try to leave the items with a neighbour. If this is not possible, you will be left with a delivery attempt notice with contact details of the courier company so that you can arrange a new delivery date with them directly.
We can deliver to any British address, be it to a customer’s home address or to any other alternative address such as a one of our fitting station partners.
If this is the case, then of course you will receive replacement goods. Please let us know either by e-mail at mytyres@delti.com or by calling us free of charge on 0808 1891233 (Mon. – Fri. 7am-8pm). Please remember to have your order number (RD No.) at hand.
If for any reason there is a manufacturer supply shortage for the tyres you ordered, you will be informed about this immediately and at the same time be offered a suitable alternative.
During the ordering process you will be asked to choose a delivery address. This allows you to have the items and invoice sent to different addresses. If you cannot or do not want to accept the tyres at your home address you can have them sent to another, separate address (the delivery address). The invoice, however, will always be sent to the billing address of your payment type. You can choose whatever address you like for your delivery address. This could be your local garage, vehicle repair centre or one of our tyre fitting station partners.
Our shipments are delivered by Deutsche Paketdienst (DPD) or General Logistics Systems (GLS).
