Per order we charge £7,50 for packaging and delivery. For orders above £100, the packaging and delivery are free of charge.

We do not deliver to:

- the Scottish islands

- Northern Ireland

- the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight

- the Channel Islands

- or any other islands.

Returns

Within 30 days you can return your purchased products. We will pick up the product from your place and will refund you to your stored bank details.

Send us an email (with your name, address, order number and the returning products) to 123spareparts@delti.co.uk and wait for the following information on how to proceed.

We want you to be happy with all of our deliveries. Therefore, you can cancel all purchased items from us within 30 days. This commitment goes beyond the legal conditions, which actually is only granted to you for two weeks after receipt of item.
